Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan spends much of his time in Switzerland and owns horses back home in the United Arab Emirates. Sheikh Falah is the half-brother of the current UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the son of the first UAE President, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Sheikh Falah is the Chairman of the renowned and prestigious Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club, a club founded by his father to be an exclusive club in an oasis surrounded by desert.
Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan took his love of horses with him to Switzerland. Falah Bin Zayed comes from a long line of horse breeders and follows in that tradition by taking care of his horses and by following the various horse races and competitions the world over. Each year, the Polo Club holds an annual Royal Signature polo tournament, featuring some of the best teams in the area, “a ‘must attend’ sporting and lifestyle event in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.” Sheikh Falah is happy to share his love and passion with his friends and family and those who attend the Polo Club on a regular basis.
Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, although he spends some time in Switzerland, continues to find new ways to impress his guests at Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club, where some of the finest games of polo are played in the region.
